The Mobile Training Log allows you to view and enter your workouts using a mobile device, this includes mobile phones, PDA's, etc.  This gives you the freedom to keep your training log up to date while on the move. 

Before using the Mobile Edition you will need to sign up to the Online Edition, you can sign up for free and make use of the 30 day trial.  After this period certain limitations apply, see the Online page for further details.  To make use of fast login, where you only have to type in your password, set your mobile bookmark to : (supplying the email address you want to login in with)

For some mobile devices, especially mobile phones, faster login can be achieved by having a number for your password so you don't have to switch between number and letter entry via the keypad.
