The ZeroPace Training Log Windows Edition works on a "try before you buy"
principle. You can download and use the Training Log for a trial period of
30 days or 30 entries, whichever comes first.

Installation : The installation package for ZeroPace Training Log
is approximately 12.5 Mb. The
installation will automatically upgrade from any 3.x version of the ZeroPace
Training Log.
After
installing the ZeroPace Training Log, you will need to configure the connection
type you use for communicating with your Polar device. This can be
SonicLink, IrDA, USB, or, COM1 to COM9 for Serial communications. The
connection type can be changed in the Preferences screen on the Tools menu.
For users with the USB infrared lead, you will need to run PolarUSB.exe that is
located in the ZeroPace Training Log folder, this will configure the correct
drivers.
Supported Polar Devices : The following Polar devices are supported
via IR: Polar CS400, Polar CS600, Polar RS400, Polar RS800, Polar S120, Polar
S150, Polar S210, Polar S410, Polar S510, Polar S520, Polar S610, Polar S610i,
Polar S625X, Polar S710, Polar S710i, Polar S720i, Polar S725, Polar S725X,
Polar S810, Polar S810i, Polar AXN300, Polar AXN500, Polar AXN700, Polar E600,
Polar F4, Polar F6, Polar F11 and Polar F55. The following Polar devices
are supported via SonicLink: Polar F6, Polar F11, Polar CS100, Polar CS200,
Polar CS300, Polar RS100, Polar RS200, Polar s410, Polar s510 and Polar s520.
Not all Polar devices record heart rate, speed, cadence, altitude, power, temperature or route data for the exerise, please consult the Polar documentation for details.
Supported Garmin Devices : Garmin devices that ship with the Garmin Training Centre Software that includes the ANT Agent, such as the ForeRunner 405, are supported by our Garmin Automatic import. The ZeroPace Training Log Agent will automatically detect new Garmin files imported by the ANT Agent and start up the ZeroPace Training Log, if required, and import the latest Garmin file.
Google Earth is required to view GPS route data. A Google Earth export function and various viewing options are avaialble in the ZeroPace Training Log.
Supported File Formats : Polar HRM files, Garmin HST and TCX files, Suunto SDF Files, Timex CSV files, PowerTap CSV files, SRM TXT files, Specialized SLG files, CompuTrainer TXT files, Tacx RTF files, CatEye CSV files, Ciclotour TXT files, Kettler Tour Concept CSV files, and iBike CSV files.
System
Requirements : Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7.
Pentium III or equivalent and higher with at least 256Mb of memory and 50Mb of
free hard drive space. Internet Explorer 6 or above needs to be installed.
Screen size of 1024 x 768 with high-colour recommended. We no longer
actively support Windows 95, 98 or ME, the Training Log may still work on these
systems but we do not test or provide fixes specific to these operating systems.
