The ZeroPace Uploader is a small program that
allows you to upload
heart rate data files from your heart rate monitor
to the ZeroPace Online Training Log. The ZeroPace
Uploader is free to use for online subscribers
wishing to import heart rate files, or
exercises directly from supported Polar devices.

Installation
: The
installation package for ZeroPace Uploader is
approximately 7 Mb this will take about 35
minutes to download using a 56K modem, or 2 minutes using a 512kbs broadband
connection, and 1 minute or less for faster
connections in ideal circumstances.
The installation
will automatically upgrade from any 1.x
version of the ZeroPace Uploader.
After installing the ZeroPace Training
Log, you will need to configure the connection type
you use for communicating with
your Polar device. This can be SonicLink,
IrDA, USB,
or, COM1 to COM9 for Serial communications.
The connection type can be changed in the
Preferences screen on the Tools menu.
For users with the USB infrared lead, you will
need to run PolarUSB.exe that is located in the
ZeroPace Training Log folder, this will configure the
correct drivers.

via IR interfaces: Polar CS400,
Polar CS600, Polar RS400, Polar RS800, Polar S120, Polar S150, Polar S210, Polar S410, Polar S510, Polar S520, Polar S610, Polar S610i, Polar S625X, Polar S710, Polar S710i, Polar S720i, Polar S725, Polar S725X, Polar S810, Polar S810i, Polar AXN300, Polar AXN500, Polar AXN700, Polar E600, Polar F4, Polar F6, Polar F11
and Polar F55. The following Polar devices are supported via SonicLink: Polar F6,
Polar F11, Polar CS100, Polar CS200, Polar
CS300, Polar
RS100, Polar RS200, Polar s410, Polar s510 and
Polar s520.
System
Requirements : Windows 2000, Windows XP
or Windows Vista. Pentium III or equivalent
and higher with at least 256Mb of memory and 50Mb
of free hard drive space. Internet Explorer
6 or above needs to be installed. Screen size of
1024 x 768 with high-colour recommended. We
no longer actively support Windows 95, 98 or ME,
the Uploader may still work on these systems but
we do not test or provide fixes specific to
these operating systems.
Note : Windows 2000 may require the following library from
Microsoft to support enhanced graphics:
