5 October 2015 - New Windows Training Log Update Released

Updated version of the Windows Training Log that introduces a new map view for displaying routes from supported devices that record GPS data. This version also includes additional viewing options for Google Earth, and adds support for the new Moxy Monitor file format and the Garmin FIT and Connect file formats. 20 January 2014 - New Windows Training Log Update Released

Updated version of the Windows Training Log that adds many new features for visualisation and analysis of power based training including power data, power zones, pedal index, pedal balance, and power to weight ratio (for devices we support with these features). This version also adds support for Moxy Monitor files, Garmin 910XT swim and multi-sport exercises, and Computrainer PWX files. See the download page to find out more!

31 December 2012 - Updated web site for touch and tablet devices

Our web site has been updated to make it easier to navigate with touch and tablet devices such as the iPad, Android and Surface.

30 January 2012 - New Windows Training Log Released

New version of our Training Log which includes major new redesign to make it easier to use, the Calendar has new options to make it easier to move and copy exercises, and the Chart can now automatically show information up to the current date. Added support for Suunto First Beat and PoolMate Pro files, and modified existing file imports to support Timex GPS, and Garmin Power and Footpod Cadence. The Heart Zone chart now includes the ability to add notes at any point in the exercise. The main view area can be maximised, this allows improved viewing of the heart rate chart on smaller laptops and netbooks. We have also introduced a new online help system that will be expanded over the coming months. See the download page to find out more!

2 January 2012 - New Online Training Log Released

The Online Training Log has been redesigned to make it easier to use, there is a new dashboard/home page that shows a summary of your recent exercises, races and goals, the log view now includes a weekly sport summary (ideal for multi-sport athletes) and there are new charting options to make it easier to view your exercises by week or month. 20 March 2006 - Polar Compatible Module and Multi-Sport Points System in version 2.5

New Polar compatible module allows exercises to be extracted directly from Polar watches using the USB, Serial or IrDA ports. Our new multi-sport points system allows you to compare training across different sports in a meaningful way. Perfect for triathletes and duathletes, or any one training in different sports. 2 January 2006 - New web site design

We've changed the web site to make it clearer and easier to navigate around to find information on the different editions of the training log. The design will be applied to the new online training log that will be available in Q2 2006.

19 December 2005 - Improved Training Periods and Programmes in version 2.4 update

4 November 2005 - Online Training Log updated

Workout comments can now be more than one line of text. Editing a workoutfrom Weekly view goes to Workout Entry screen. Clicking a workout in Monthly view now goes to Workout Entry screen. Please visit the online training log for more details.

10 September 2005 - Minor update available

5 Aug 2005 - Mobile Training Log updated

The Mobile Training Log now subtracts the workout duration from the time the workout is logged. The timeout issues, experienced on some devices, has been resolved.

15 July 2005 - Online Training Log has new search option

Search for workouts based on your choice of search text and sport. Can be used to display all your bike rides around a particular course and then order them by duration to find the fastest time. Please visit the online training log for more details.

6 July 2005 - Heart Training and Exercise Zones coming soon

5 February 2005 - Race Reports now available through online training log

You can now add race reports through the online training log. Once you have entered your race report you can email it as a link to your friends and team mates. See the online page for more details.

5 January 2005 - New version of the Training Log available

The new version is now available. The main focus of this version is to allow you to create weekly training programmes to make planning quicker and easier.

5 December 2004 - New Training Programme Wizard in Preview

The new Training Programme Wizard is available in the preview of the next version of the Windows Desktop Training Log. The preview is still under development so please report any problems you find. We still have a few small things to add and hope to officially release the new version early in the New Year. See the download page for more info.

26 September 2004 - Training Programme Wizard coming soon

This new feature for the Windows Edition of the Training Log will allow you to create and save weekly training programmes to help make the planning process quicker and easier. At the same time the Training Planner will be upgraded to show weekly summaries and multiple months on the screen as well as showing training periods.

26 September 2004 - Race Reports coming soon

A new race reports section will be added to the Online Training Log. This new feature will allow you to write about your experience and also record details about the race including distance, finish time and position.

26 September 2004 - Online Training Log upgraded

The Online Training Log has been upgraded to include many new features. You can now add, edit and delete individual workouts, view your workouts by week with a daily chart showing duration and distance, view workouts in a monthly calendar view, and also, view yearly summaries of your workouts showing duration, distance and number of workouts for each month of the year.

29 June 2004 - Preview of next version available

After an extended beta testing program to incorporate many ideas based on the the great feedback we received, we have finally completed the new Training Log. We have made a pre-release version available while we complete the help text, update the web site, and, modify the online and mobile training logs over the next couple of weeks.

25 March 2004 - The next version of the ZeroPace Training Log is on its way!

Many changes and additions have been made to the Training Log to improve it even further. New features include a "Heart Zone" that allows you to analyse heart rate data for multiple workouts at the same time. We've also added automatic emailing of plans, logs, charts so that coaches and athletes can exchange information more easily.

Custom fields, so that you can keep track of more workout, training and competition information. The new custom fields will be part of a new page in the Entry Window. The page will consist of 15 new fields (5 text, 5 number and 5 duration). This will be ideal for recording Triathlon information, Splits or information about altitude, temperature, training intensity, etc. Each field can be assigned a label of your choice and moved to where you want it. A preview of this functionality is included in the latest release.

Include the Pace field on the chart.
Allow entry of In, Below and Above Zone as a time and convert to percentage.
Distance and Speed conversions.
Team and User details including heart training zones and body mass index.
Web Browser for viewing online race results and accessing your favourite sports and fitness sites.
